These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AJ Premium Cleaners LLC website and your communications with us. By using our website or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

AJ Premium Cleaners LLC is an owner supervised cleaning company based in Nashua, New Hampshire. We provide residential cleaning, commercial and office cleaning, post construction cleaning, cleaning of building common areas, move in and move out cleaning, and deep cleaning across southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts.

2. Quotes

• Quotes are free and based on the information you provide about the space, the type of cleaning, and the frequency.
• A quote is not a binding contract until both parties agree on scope, price, and schedule.
• If the condition of the space is materially different from what was described, we will tell you before we start and agree any change with you first.
• Start dates depend on current availability and are confirmed with you directly.

4. Access And Scheduling

You are responsible for providing safe access to the space at the agreed time. If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time, the visit may need to be rescheduled. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment so we can offer the slot to another client.

5. Your Satisfaction

If something in a completed cleaning was missed, tell us within a reasonable time after the visit and we will return to address it. Our goal is that you are satisfied with the work, and we would rather fix something than leave it.

6. Payment

Payment terms are agreed before the first visit and confirmed in your quote. Recurring services are billed on the schedule agreed with you.

7. Items In The Space

Please secure cash, jewelry, and fragile or irreplaceable items before a visit. Tell us in advance about any surface, appliance, or item that needs a specific product or should not be touched, and we will work around it.

8. Website Use

Website content is the property of AJ Premium Cleaners and may not be reproduced without permission. Photographs on this website are illustrative of the type of spaces we clean and are not photographs of specific client properties.

9. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AJ Premium Cleaners is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Our services are governed by the separate agreement for each client.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict of law principles.
